TOUR NEWS: Nuclear Summer, Nice Guys

Brisbane hardcore band, Nuclear Summer, will play Wollongong as part of a tour to launch their debut, self-titled album.

The Patch will host the band on December 16, with Nice Guys and The Brave in support.

Nuclear Summer, while not yet a massive name on the Australian heavy music scene, will surely gain some much-deserved recognition with the launch of their album. Their sound is based on raw, emotive hardcore, yet is coloured with more tender, serene indie-rock flourishes. It’s a pretty unique sound that travels between the two seemingly incongruous genres, yet Nuclear Summer manage to pull it off with aplomb.

For more info on the show, check out the Facebook event invite. Take a listen to their tracks over on their Soundcloud page, or watch their new video clip for ‘Endless Kickflips Forever’ below.
