Local fans will be stoked to hear that Wollongong punk-rock institution, Lost In Line, will return to the live circuit in June.

After a long lay-off – it will be over two years since their last show – the melodic punk group will take to the stage for Sydney’s “Chopfest III,” to be held at Hermanns Bar at Sydney University. The band, who released the steller ‘Smiles That Scream’ in 2008, will be one of the headliners for the event, which also includes Chris Duke & The Royals, My Name Is John and Lamexcuse.

“Chopfest” is slated for June 4 at Hermanns Bar, Sydney, with bands kicking off at 4:30pm.

Tickets are available now, through Oztix.

Check out Lost In Line on Triple J Unearthed, or on their Myspace; hey, they haven’t played in two years, Myspace was still OK back then…
